BayOne Solutions, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Business Development Engineer based in Pleasanton, California. Responsibilities include: Develop project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Research, analyze, develop, maintain, and modify innovative information system solutions that model complex business processes while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and maintainability. Conduct research, analyze and propose strategies for staffing and consulting as well as competitor analysis to define strategies that can help enable favorable outcomes. Establish long range objectives and specifying projects and actions to achieve them. Write stories and help keep the product backlog in logical work groupings and sequences based on business priority. Prepare guidelines for hiring and recruitment practices based on the needs of the clients, and their current practices. Work with leadership and hiring managers to identify required skill competencies. Participate in project discussions to understand skills gap at client sites and work with internal engineering teams to propose prototype designs to overcome technical challenges. Interact with Technical Project Managers to understand their project plans, software methodologies and technologies needed for the projects, hiring plans and define recruiting strategies to create a resource pool for technical skills. Utilize experience with headhunting, sourcing, prescreening, Windows, ASP, Visual Basic and web/ client server technologies. Position requires 50% national travel.
This position requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in a related occupation. Position also requires experience with headhunting, sourcing, prescreening, Windows, ASP, Visual Basic and web/ client server technologies.
