Bayone Solutions, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of RF Engineer based in Pleasanton, California. Responsibilities include: perform network design development, verifications, and inter-modulation analysis. Manage network performance improvements and optimize tasks to conduct BSS parameter audits, recommend and fine tune parameters to implement new parameters for the overall network improvement log data integrity checks. Prepare documentation containing information such as confidential descriptions or specifications of proprietary hardware or software, product development or introduction schedules, product costs, or information about product performance weaknesses. Identify causes of RF interference and troubleshooting interference problems with system performance. Organize, plan and monitor multiple activities spanning end to end project delivery, people and resources management to maintain detailed project trackers and updates. Prepare necessary criteria, procedures, reports, or plans for successful conduct of the project with consideration given to site preparation, facility validation, installation, quality assurance, or testing. Plan or develop applications or modifications for electronic properties used in components, products, or systems to improve technical performance. Direct and coordinate activities concerned with manufacture, construction, installation, maintenance, operation, or modification of electronic equipment, products, or systems. Evaluate project work to ensure effectiveness, technical adequacy, or compatibility in the resolution of complex electronics engineering problems. Lead complex projects across multiple work groups to improve network reliability and performance. Utilize experience in AMOS, LTE, JDSU, WCDMA, OMT, CDMA and GSM. Position requires 50% national travel.
Position requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in a related occupation. Position also requires experience in AMOS, LTE, JDSU, WCDMA, OMT, CDMA and GSM.
